A bit about me

April Palm is a Blue Mountains-based creative and communications professional working in the arts and cultural sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a certificate in UI/UX Design and Information Technology from McCombs School of Business.

Alongside her professional practice, April creates paintings using gouache, oil, acrylic, and mixed media that explore the human condition. She also writes personal essays, fiction, and arts/culture reviews. Across disciplines, her work is guided by a focus on feeling, narrative, and the quiet poetry of everyday experience.
